| CORN CHOWDER |
| INGREDIENTS 1 - 15 oz can cream style corn 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chiles 1 - medium potato cubed |
| DIRECTIONS Peal the potato and cut into 1/2" cubes. Put into a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover and boil until soft. Drain off the water then add the cans of cream style corn and chopped green chiles. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. This recipe makes 2 to 3 servings. Scale up or down for the quantity you need. |
