| BLACK BEAN DIP |
| INGREDIENTS 1 can - black beans - drained & rinsed 1 clove garlic - minced 1 small jalapeno - diced 1 small tomato - diced 2 Tbsp - fresh chopped cilantro juice from 1/2 of a lime 1/4 tsp - salt |
| DIRECTIONS This recipe works best in a small food processor. Drain and rinse the black beans. Place them in the food processor and process until smooth. Next add the garlic, jalapeno, and tomato. Process for another 30 seconds or so. Then add the cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Process for another 30 seconds. This recipe makes 3 or 4 servings. Scale up or down for the quantity you need. |
